Zenhiser continue their 80s obsession with a vintage drum machine tour de force of 795 MB of loops and one-shots from the classic Roland CompuRhythm CR78 drum machine.
As the 80s revival continues unabated throughout house, nu disco and pop, Zenhiser present 323 loops and 106 drum one-shots from one of the defining 80s drum machines made famous by artists as varied as Blondie and Phil Collins - bringing its unique sound direct to your DAW for the first time.

Stunningly recorded from a mint condition CR78, each drum hit is supplied in two versions: raw and tweaked. The raw version captures the uniqueness and authenticity of the CR78 in its natural state whilst the tweaked version utilises top-of-the-line audiophile outboard kit and cutting-edge software to prime the CR78 for the most demanding of modern producers.

This collection is about more than just the one-shots: fire up two folders of "Classic" and "Modern" drum loops for instant track-backing inspiration. The Classic folder delivers quintessential CR78 rhythms packed with quirky hits whilst the Modern folder delves into slightly a more contemporary rhythmic palette with an increased tempo range.
